VOC regulation
Please note the new VOC regulation
From the 01. January 2007 the changes from the so-called "VOC regulation" (2004/42/EC or 1999/13/EC) take effect. For us as a dealer, this means that we have to ensure that products that are not VOC-compliant, such as industrial paints, etc., are only used for painting industrial objects. Regardless of these products that can be sold without restrictions, there are some applications according to the law for which the restriction to the range mentioned does not apply, but other products that are not VOC-compliant according to the law may still be sold. These applications are: Restoration of vintage cars, filling, aerosol spray cans, painting of vehicles of the Bundeswehr, civil defense, fire brigade, as well as the forces responsible for maintaining order - painting of vehicles that are used in public service exclusively in urban areas, industrial painting ( e.g. plastic parts not related to the vehicle). According to the law, the distributor is responsible for ensuring that only VOC-compliant products for vehicle painting are sold or also ensure that the products that can only be sold with restrictions are only used for the exceptions mentioned.
I hereby confirm that I am familiar with the legal situation of the ChemVOCFarbV and that I have been sufficiently informed about this by Lackpoint -- Robert Braune. I confirm that the products that I purchase from Lackpoint - Robert Braune that do not correspond to the respective VOC limit values will only be used for the exceptional cases provided for by law. The responsibility for the intended sale is hereby passed from Lackpoint -- Robert Braune, to me (buyer).
