Firefighter Collar Pin. Three Crossed Bugles. Three Crossed Horns.

Description

It's an old firefighter collar pin. It's three crossed bugles, which I believe indicates the rank of either assistant chief or battalion chief.
It is attached with two tacks, which prevents it from spinning around.
I got it in a mixed box of odds and ends so do not know its history. It is vintage though. Exactly how old, though, I do not know. It has ordinary age wear on it, like finish wear and scuffs. But it's in good solid shape.
