    CONDITION
    :
    The covers of this item have visible scuffs, small scratches, small creases, small smudges and folds, a few small stains, and some yellowing and/or browning due to age.  There is a small corner tear on back cover lower right.  There is light browning on insides of covers.  The inside pages of this item have light creasing, the middle page has come partially apart from center staples, and have yellowed due to age.
